Upon arriving at Balam Playa, 15th Ave, my family and I were delighted by the warm welcome extended to us. the location, just a stone's throw from the ferry station, made exploring the area with our little ones a breeze. the pool, situated on the rooftop overlooking a tranquil park, provided a perfect setting for family relaxation. One highlight of our stay was the thoughtful gesture of a basket filled with towels and sanitary items awaiting us in our room. This small but significant touch truly showcased the hotel's commitment to ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience for families like ours. the proximity to the main street and various family, friendly amenities in the area made our vacation both enjoyable and stress, free. We appreciated the comfy beds, well, stocked fridge, and the ease of access to transportation options. Balam Playa, 15th Ave offers a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that families can undoubtedly appreciate.
